How Cleaner.Rentals Works
A simple guide—from sign-up to getting paid.
What is this?
Cleaner.Rentals connects people who need cleaning (property owners) with people who clean (cleaners). You can be either one—or both!
Owners post jobs. Cleaners apply. You message each other. When the job is done, the owner pays and the cleaner gets the money. Simple!

You find jobs and get paid.

You can switch roles anytime
Even if you have a short-term rental (STR) and usually hire cleaners, you can switch to Cleaner and clean for others when you have time. Many people do both!
Payment vs Payout—what and where
You need both. They're different:
Payment = money you pay (owners)
Your card. When you hire a cleaner, we hold the money until the job is done. Then we charge your card. Where to add it: open the menu (☰) → Payment Methods.
Find it: Menu → Payment Methods →Payout = money you receive (cleaners)
Your bank account. When a job is done and the owner pays, the money goes to your bank (usually 2–3 days). Where to add it: open the menu (☰) → Payout Account.

Sign up
Create an account. Pick Cleaner or Property Owner. You can change this anytime.
Fill in your profile
Name, phone, and (if you're a cleaner) a bit about yourself.
Owner: Post a job
Click Post Job. Say what you need, where, when, and how much you'll pay.
Cleaner: Find and apply
Browse the Jobs page. Apply to jobs you like. You'll get an email when someone replies.
Owner: Choose a cleaner
Look at applications. Message people if you have questions. Pick one and accept.
Add your card (owner)
When you accept someone, add a card in Payment Methods if you haven't. We hold the money until the job is done.
Do the job
Use Messages to coordinate. Cleaner does the work and marks it done. Owner confirms it's done and releases payment.
Get paid and leave a review
Money goes to the cleaner's bank. Both of you can leave a star rating.
Why it's safe
Your money is protected
We only charge the owner after the job is done. Cleaners get paid when the owner says it's done.
Built-in chat
Message each other in the app. No need to share phone numbers.
Reviews
Rate each other after jobs. Good reviews help you get more work or find better cleaners.
